Highlights of the 2014 programme
The Association of British Dispensing Opticians (ABDO) and ITN Productions have continued their unique communications partnership by producing a news and current affairs style programme for 2015 called ‘ABDO INSIGHT’ capturing the latest innovations and best practice within the eye care sector.
The news-style programme combines key industry and sector interviews and reports with sponsored editorial profiles of some of the leading organisations in the sector. The 2015 ABDO INSIGHT programme was screened for the first time at the ABDO annual conference on 20-21 September at Manchester Central. The programme forms part of an extensive online communications campaign including ABDO members, journalists, writers and bloggers.
Our valuable insight into the engagement levels of the content has with the audience will then provide a guide for how we communicate the future of the eyecare sector.
ITN Productions’ corporate programming manager, Matt Leathem, said: “ITN Productions is delighted to be partnering with the Association of British Dispensing Opticians examining the major themes affecting the sector and interviewing the industry’s key players. We’re excited to embark on this project to engage with and inform all those with an interest in the future of the dispensing optician’s profession.”
