Job title
Dispensing optician, Market Harborough, Leicestershire
Job description
South Leicestershire’s Leading Independent Opticians Seeking Client-Focussed, Style-Obsessed Dispensing Optician.
Confident, authentic and with a finesse for delivering highly-polished service for discerning clients, you’ll take on a role delivering exceptional, personalised experiences. YOU are their trusted advisor, with the savvy to ensure their visit to choose new eyewear is an entirely satisfying experience!
Who will I be working with?
Clarke & Roskrow Styling Opticians is an award-winning, high-end boutique optical practice in Market Harborough, an affluent market town in South Leicestershire. We have a reputation for world-class customer service (with nearly 100 5-star google reviews), stylish design-led eyewear, and professional expertise.
Our team is small in size but big in outlook! We’re committed to providing extraordinary eyewear experiences and outcomes for our clients. As our practice continues to grow and evolve, we’re searching for like-minded people like you to join our team.
If you’re looking for a team and working environment that will bring out the best in you, and you want to be part of a forward-thinking business with personality (one that you can truly be proud of), then you’re the kind of candidate we’re looking for!
What will the role involve?
The core of our business is providing world-class customer service combined with niche eyewear and high-level dispensing.
The role is perfect for you if:
• You’re passionate about eyewear (contact lenses is a dirty word here!)
• You enjoy selling! And you can do so with confidence, authenticity and flair!
• You get a buzz from creating personal connections and building strong relationships with clients, whether it’s on the phone, front-of-house or during a dispensing consultation, you are warm, enthusiastic, engaging and GREAT with people.
• You’re articulate, confident, and communicate clearly with a natural ease, no matter which part of the customer journey you’re stepping in to handle, or the situation you’re overseeing.
• You’re committed to providing personalised five-star service for our clients – you pay attention to the details, understand that client perceptions matter, can identify and act on the kind of personalised service our discerning, upscale clientele expect, and can deliver to meet (and exceed) expectations with confidence and positivity.
• You’re a flexible, approachable team player and like getting involved in the day-to-day tasks that make an independent boutique practice successful. You’re not above “taking out the trash” and will get involved with all aspects of the practice to support your colleagues to manage workflows and “behind the scenes” activities.
• You’re able to prioritise and multi-task, keep on top of a lot of detail, and stay self-motivated and organised to achieve your work deliverables in a dynamic deadline-driven environment.
• You have an optimistic outlook on life and can make a positive contribution to the lives of your colleagues and our clients.
• You are results driven and want to make each moment of your day count.
• You have a desire for constant and never-ending improvement, understanding that you can always learn something new; you want to expand your skills, develop your career, improve your life, and make a positive impact on others, whilst contributing to the development of the team and the business.
