Whitby & Co. is a high-end independent optical practice in the heart of Central London, and we are looking for a passionate, GOC-registered dispensing optician to join our growing team.

The Role

You will play a key role in delivering an exceptional patient experience, offering expert dispensing advice, and helping customers select stylish, high-quality eyewear.

In addition to patient care, you will also be involved in:

· Frame buying and product selection

· Pricing strategy

· Supporting recruitment activities

· Contributing to the commercial success of the practice

Glazing experience would be advantageous but is not essential.

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

· GOC registered (essential)

· Commercially aware and confident

· Passionate about eyewear fashion and styling

· Dynamic, ambitious, and proactive

· Experienced in all aspects of dispensing

· Dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service

Preferred: Minimum 3 years’ dispensing experience.
