Both will take place at the ABDO National Resource Centre in Birmingham. The extended services day will start at 10am and will finish at 4:30pm.
Total cost for both days: £230
This consists of:
• £195 refundable deposit
• £35 non-refundable administration fee
Funding information
Funding is available for eligible delegates working in England through the HEE grant. To ensure that funding is used fairly and effectively, delegates are required to pay the full booking amount at the time of registration.
Once you have successfully attended both the ESD and OSCE in full, your £195 deposit will be refunded, with the £35 administration fee retained. The refund will be processed following completion of the OSCE.
Why is a deposit required?
The refundable deposit helps ensure that funded places are taken up by delegates who are committed to attending. This prevents valuable funding from being allocated to individuals who do not attend, allowing opportunities to remain available for those who need them.

Please note that the £195 deposit is only refundable if you:
• Attend both the ESD and OSCE in full; or
• Cancel your place in accordance with our cancellation policy.
The £35 administration fee is non-refundable in all circumstances.
Cancellation policy – extended services day and OSCE
Please note that these days are booked as a pair. Cancellations received between booking and 5pm on 21 August are refundable minus the £35 admin fee. Any cancellations after 5pm on 21 August are non-refundable.
