CPD Standards of Practice Modules
PLEASE NOTE THIS ONLINE MODULE IS FOR ABDO MEMBERS ONLY
ABDO’s CPD Standards of Practice Modules are short, online learning modules that will cover a range of topics relevant to eyecare professionals working in optical practice.
The modules enable either 0.5 non-interactive CPD points to be obtained, taking less than 1 hour to complete, or 1 non-interactive CPD point if it will take 1 hour or more to complete the module.
Each module will be relevant to a single GOC Standard of Practice enabling CPD be obtained in the GOC CPD learning domain for that standard. The range of modules available will build over time and will cover all four GOC learning domains: Professionalism, Communication, Clinical practice and Leadership and accountability.
The modules allow you to complete CPD at a time that is convenient for you. If you don’t finish the module, you can return to it later on the same device you started it on and pick up from where you left off.
