When dealing with a complaint we will:
  • Seek to understand and address your complaint
  • Use information from complaints for improvement
  • Manage/resolve your complaint in a timely manner.

Upon receipt of complaints we will endeavour to respond as soon as possible to acknowledge receipt and confirm action that will then be taken.
