ABDO launches Pay and Reward Hub

ABDO has launched a new Pay and Reward Resource Hub, alongside a member exclusive online salary benchmarking tool to help members clearly understand how their salary compares to others in similar roles.

By drawing on anonymised data from the 2025 ABDO Pay and Reward Survey, the tool is designed to provide a reliable, real world benchmark. Users can tailor comparisons by region, job role, level of responsibility and employer type, ensuring the insights are directly relevant to their circumstances and are not just high level averages.

“This tool gives our members a meaningful advantage,” said Gavin Berkerey, ABDO director of communications and engagement.

“Whether you’re preparing for a pay review, planning to negotiate a promotion, or exploring new opportunities, you’ll have credible, data driven evidence to support your decisions and strengthen your position.

“In short, it replaces uncertainty with clarity, helping you approach salary conversations with confidence, backed by real market insight,” added Gavin.

The salary benchmarking tool can be found in the Association’s new Pay and Reward Resource Hub for members, with advice and guidance on how to take this data into appraisals and discuss pay reviews.
