Job description
Responsibilities
Professional Dispensing: Carrying out routine and complex dispensing of spectacles
Measurements: frame measurements to ensure correct lens centration and fit.
Frame Styling & Advice: Assisting patients with frame and lens selection
Fitting & Adjustments: Adjusting and repairing frames at the time of dispensing or collection to ensure comfort and vision
Patient Education: Explaining lens options, educating patients on eyewear care, and handling queries regarding common eye conditions.
Operational Tasks: Ordering products from laboratories, and maintaining accurate patient records and administration.
Supporting our opticians in the patient journey and supervising or training assistants within the practice.
