Here’s the deal: I started my practice 25 years ago from scratch. I’m ready to take a step back now and let an ambitious DO pick up the baton.

The practice is totally focussed on eyewear excellence. Our lenses are best in class German and Japanese. We’ve used 3D Digital measurement since 2007. We concentrate on only a few brands at a time for frames and go deep with them. All Independent, small batch manufacturers.
We are a small team of 3 in a boutique practice that punches above it’s weight. That means you’ll have to work ‘like a shop owner’ – everything from dispensing individualised lenses in buffalo horn frames right down to serving coffee and mopping floors with stock control and all sorts of admin in between.

We don’t provide any CL services and I don’t expect a DO to be delegated mundane Optometry tasks. If you’re a frustrated wannabe optom this is not for you.

However, if you Love Helping People to get Great Glasses this could be your dream job.
We’ll start with training in professional sales and service then, as you gain convidence and experience, I’ll step back to let you take the lead.
