We are seeking a full-time dispensing optician to deliver the outstanding dispensing experience our patients know and trust. Working alongside two experienced optometrist owners, you’ll be part of a friendly, busy independent practice where clinical excellence and personal service are at the heart of everything we do.

This is a unique opportunity for a confident, proactive professional who enjoys autonomy and wants to play a key role in the continued success of an independent business. You will take responsibility for all aspects of ophthalmic dispensing, including frame styling and selection, adjustments, repairs, spectacle checking, and frame purchasing. Experience with remote edging and workshop skills would be an advantage, but enthusiasm, professionalism, and a commitment to outstanding patient care are what matter most.

We’re looking for someone who:

Is a qualified dispensing optician
Registered with the GOC
Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Inspires confidence and builds lasting patient relationships
Enjoys working collaboratively while taking ownership of their responsibilities
Shares our passion for delivering exceptional friendly customer care

What we offer:

Full-time role (38 hours per week)
Salary 35k
Monday to Friday working pattern
No weekend work
