ABDO is putting the 2020 graduation and prize giving event, usually held at Canterbury Cathedral in November, on hold for the foreseeable future.
Tony Garrett, ABDO general secretary, said: “Sadly, because of the continuing problems caused by Covid-19, the Association has had no option other than to postpone our normal graduation ceremony in November.
“I know that this will be a disappointment to many, especially all those who have worked so hard to obtain their highly prized qualification, but we have to keep everyone’s health and wellbeing as our top priority.”
All of those who would have been entitled to attend this year’s event will be invited to attend the first graduation ABDO is able to hold when conditions permit.
