Bittersweet exams session at NRC

End of an era

The ABDO examinations team has celebrated completing an extremely busy contact lens examination session at the ABDO National Resource Centre over the last couple of weeks.

It was a bittersweet session for the team as they said goodbye to three of its most valued examiners in Angela McNamee and Keith Cavaye along with Rowena Shipley.

ABDO examinations would like to thank them all for their service over many years – and hope that they enjoy the extra free time.

Dean Dunning, chief examiner for contact lenses, commented: “We will really miss Angela, Keith and Rowena at the exams. The support they have given me over the past few years has been immense.”
