There’s still time to book a creche slot at Specsavers’ 2025 Professional Advancement Committee (PAC) conference – but the deadline is this Friday 5 September.
The annual education event is open to all optics and audiology professionals – regardless of where they work – and takes place at Birmingham’s International Convention Centre (ICC) on Sunday 14 September.
“Family is the heart of what Specsavers is and does,” said Gordon Harrison, Specsavers director of professional advancement, audiology. “With the current financial climate, we do see a number of families where both parents work and often split working hours. It is important we support clinicians to develop and childcare should not be a barrier, especially as the event is held on a Sunday.
“This year’s event will as action-packed as ever,” Gordon continued. “It features top speakers, training sessions and delegates can gain valuable CPD points. Plus, there are lots of opportunities to network professionally.”
Creche places are available on a first-come, first served basis.
