VSP Vision – the US conglomerate that owns Marchon Eyewear – has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Italian eyewear giant Marcolin from PAI Partners and other minority shareholders.

Founded in Northern Italy in 1961, Marcolin distributes its eyewear collections in more than 125 countries with brands including Tom Ford, Zegna, Christian Louboutin, ic! Berlin, Max Mara and Guess.
