The first batch of CPD education sessions have been announced for 100% Optical 2026, taking place at London’s Excel from 28 February to 2 March.
With a new tagline – ‘Where eyewear meets eyecare’ – the show will once again be partnering with the Association of Optometrists (AOP) to provide some 100 hours of CPD-accredited sessions.
ABDO will be running sessions in the Dispensing Workshop once again, as reported last week. ABDO members will be offered priority booking for these from 19 January.
Key topics on the general programme include myopia management, glaucoma, artificial intelligence, anterior segment eye disease, and inclusive communication.
Dr Ian Beasley, AOP head of education at AOP, said: “As the show’s official UK partner since its inception, the AOP is excited to continue its partnership with 100% Optical. Next year’s education programme promises to cover a wide variety of peer-reviews, lectures, and interactive sessions that cater to the needs of all practitioners and industry professionals looking to broaden their knowledge and improve their practice.”
The 100% Studio will also be returning to showcase independent eyewear brands for fashion-forward practices.
