ABDO has announced it will be returning to 100% Optical in 2026 (28 February to 2 March), with a stand located near to the Dispensing Workshop area.
Show attendees will be able to meet ABDO staff and regional leads, and learn more about the Association’s work to influence healthcare policy, raise public awareness of the need for expert eyecare, and reinforce the value of dispensing opticians (DOs) in the wider healthcare landscape.
The full range of ABDO membership benefits and professional development opportunities will also be showcased.
As ABDO prepares to celebrate 100 years of the dispensing optics profession in 2026, and the founding of its predecessor organisations, plans are already underway to mark this centenary at 100% Optical with special activities.
In addition to on-stand networking opportunities, ABDO’s Professional Development Department will be delivering CPD-accredited workshops, offering valuable learning experiences for DOs and other optical professionals.
Priority booking for all dispensing workshops will open for ABDO members at 10am on Monday 26 January.
ABDO president, Kevin Gutsell, said: “I am very much looking forward to speaking with members as well as sector partners and sponsors. This is the show to visit for a variety of reasons such as keeping up-to-date with new products and technology, gaining CPD points, purchasing equipment, catching up with friends and not forgetting that opportunity to speak with ABDO for advice and information on courses and membership benefits. I look forward to seeing you at 100% Optical 2026.”
In order to receive a priority booking link, members must register for the show prior to 26 January.
