A new change management workshop from ABDO gives practice managers and owners the chance to discover how different people see change, and how to make change successfully.
“Change is all around us, through changing legislation, new and improved technologies, business expansions, market changes and developments,” said ABDO head of corporate development, Nick Walsh. “Change also costs time and money – so make sure that it is directed in the right areas by knowing what to change and what to leave alone.
