Job description
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves eyewear, thrives on patient care, and is ready to take the lead in a supportive, values-driven environment. As Practice lead, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the practice, leading by example on the floor while delivering outstanding patient experiences. You’ll work closely with the wider team, building strong relationships with both patients and colleagues.
You’ll bring:
• Qualification as a Dispensing optician, or solid optical experience with a desire to grow
• A warm, approachable manner and a genuine love of working with people
• Natural leadership skills and a collaborative, can-do attitude
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for matching patients with the perfect eyewear
• Confidence supporting the team and helping the practice run smoothly day-to-day
