Job description

We are looking for a qualified dispensing optician to join our friendly and knowledgeable team.

You will play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service, providing expert dispensing advice, and helping patients find frames that suit both their visual needs and personal style.

Key responsibilities:

Deliver a high level of customer care

Assist with frame styling and lens recommendations

Dispense spectacles accurately and confidently

Manage repairs, adjustments and aftercare

Maintain excellent product knowledge

Work effectively as part of a small, supportive team to support the daily running of the practice including administration, stock organisation and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.
