H & H Eyecare is a respected independent opticians practice known for high clinical standards, personalised care, excellent service and long-standing patient relationships.

In our 11th year we are planning to make some bold and exciting moves and are looking for a like-minded individual/s to come and join the team, make a difference, and to be part of this exciting journey to help us reach our next set of goals.

We are looking for an experienced dispensing optician who is ready to step into this role with a clear pathway towards practice management.

This role is aimed at someone who can provide incredible service, likes to take ownership, and wants to play a meaningful part in how a practice is run.

The Opportunity:

You will work closely with the owners and clinical team, combining high-level patient care with increasing responsibility for the operational side of the practice.

Key responsibilities include:

Delivering consistently excellent patient experiences
Advanced dispensing, frame styling, and lens advice
Acting as a senior presence on the shop floor
Supporting, guiding, and setting standards for the wider team
Involvement in diary management, stock control, and practice processes
Contributing ideas to improve efficiency, service, and patient journey
Management Progression if desired

From £33,000 (dispensing optician)
