Dispensing 0ptician – 12 Month FTC (Maternity Cover) Full or Part time, regular Locum considered, Tyne and Wear.

As a dispensing optician with our practice, you’ll provide expert advice on frames and lenses, take accurate measurements, and deliver high-quality, personalised care without sales pressure. Working as part of a supportive, close-knit team, you’ll help create a smooth, positive experience for every patient. You’ll manage fittings, adjustments, and more complex prescriptions with confidence, while contributing to the day-to-day running of the practice.

We’re looking for a GOC registered dispensing optician who enjoys building relationships, takes pride in their work, and brings warmth and professionalism to every interaction.

We are happy to be flexible on working days, however please be aware this role requires some Saturday work. We are closed on Sundays and Bank holidays.
