The Role
You will play a key role within the practice, supporting patients through their eyewear journey from handover through to final dispense, while helping maintain the high standards and reputation of the business.

For candidates with leadership potential, there is a genuine pathway into practice management, including involvement in team development, workflow management, training, stock management, and operational leadership.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional patient care and professional dispensing
• Recommend suitable lens solutions and premium products confidently
• Assist patients in selecting frames tailored to their lifestyle and needs
• Manage complex dispensing cases with attention to detail
• Support clinic flow and diary management
• Help maintain luxury retail presentation standards
• Assist with staff support and training where appropriate
• Handle patient queries and problem-solving professionally
• Support the ongoing growth and development of the practice

What We’re Looking For

• Qualified dispensing optician (GOC registered)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for luxury eyewear and styling
• Professional, warm, and approachable manner
• High attention to detail
• Motivated and proactive mindset
• Leadership qualities or interest in progressing into management
• Experience in an independent or premium optical environment is desirable
