The Role
We are looking for a qualified dispensing optician who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient experiences and high-quality dispensing.
This is not a volume-driven corporate role. Instead, you will have the time, tools, and support to provide truly personalised care.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver expert dispensing advice tailored to individual patient needs
Work with advanced lens technologies and premium frame ranges
Support and deliver specialist services such as:
Myopia Management
Dry Eye clinics (training provided if required)
Provide frame styling and lens solutions that enhance both vision and lifestyle
Ensure accurate measurements and high-quality final fittings
Maintain detailed, professional patient records
Work collaboratively with the clinical and reception team

Qualified dispensing optician (GOC registered)
Strong communication and patient care skills
Passion for high-quality dispensing and clinical excellence
Interest in specialist areas (myopia, dry eye, advanced lenses) desirable
Team player with a positive, professional attitude
