What You’ll Be Doing:

· Dispensing a wide range of lenses and frames to meet individual prescriptions and patient needs

· Handling adjustments, repairs, and collections with care and attention to detail

· Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the practice, ensuring compliance and efficiency

· Delivering exceptional customer service that leaves a lasting impression

· Leading by example – motivating and developing the team to reach their potential

· Helping the practice grow by building strong patient relationships and meeting key targets

And you’ll also bring:

· A passion for customer care and a warm, professional manner

· Strong communication skills – clear, approachable, and jargon-free

· The confidence to build rapport quickly with patients and your team

· Sales experience and a natural ability to inspire loyalty

· Leadership qualities with a positive, team-focused attitude

· Flexibility to adapt to different working patterns and provide cover to other practices when needed
