AKN Group acquires Götti

Established in 2019, AKN Group, a member of the Alsara Investment Group, has acquired independent Swiss eyewear company – Götti.

Included in the acquisition is lens company Eyetech – with AKN citing the move as “an important portfolio expansion” that “marks a significant milestone in the upward trajectory of AKN Group.

“After five years of sustained growth, the time has come to take the next step – broadening our portfolio, enhancing our distribution channels, and strengthening our team.

Sven will join the board of the AKN Group and will continue his involvement in the creative side of the business.
