License agreements extended

Marcolin and Guess have renewed and extended their exclusive licensing agreement for the design, production and worldwide distribution of Guess and Marciano eyewear until 2040.

Fabrizio Curci, Marcolin CEO and general manager, commented: “We are truly excited about this early renewal agreement, as it reaffirms the strength and significance of our collaboration with Guess, one of our pillar brands and a globally renowned lifestyle icon.”

Guess and its partner global brand management firm WHP Global, which jointly owns the New York-based fashion brand Rag & Bone, has also announce a four-year exclusive licensee partnership with Marcolin to design, produce and distribute a new line of premium sunglasses and eyeglasses for Rag & Bone.

In addition, Marcolin and Adidas have extended their global eyewear licensing agreement for both the Adidas Sport and Adidas Originals labels through 2032.
