
Peter Bainbridge
Specsavers has announced three new appointments to its executive leadership team.
As part of a wider change to the business’s regional structure, Peter Bainbridge, previously managing director – UK/ROI optics, has been appointed regional director, Europe. In his new role, Peter will have overall responsibility for the combined European region, overseeing Specsavers’ optics and audiology businesses in the UK/ROI and Northern European region – spanning Denmark, Finland, the Netherlands, Norway and Sweden.

Carina Hummel
Carina Hummel, previously managing director – UK/ROI audiology, steps into the role of managing director – UK/ROI optics. A member of the Specsavers executive board since September 2022, Carina brings extensive and holistic knowledge of the business to her new role, developed over a career at Specsavers spanning more than 25 years.
Finally, Charlotte Hall, previously supply chain commercial director has been appointed managing director – UK/ROI audiology. Charlotte will continue to drive the growth of Specsavers’ UK/ROI audiology business, drawing on the knowledge that she acquired from her time on the Global Audiology Forum as well as from more than a decade spent in previous roles in the grocery sector.
