Change is inevitable if an organisation is to maintain competitiveness and currency of practice.

This short course has been designed to enable you to get an overview of the types of and reasons for change within organisations. It will enable you to select and apply some theoretical models for change management.

This will not only to allow you to develop the skills to manage change and achieve set objectives, but to do so in a professional manner with open and honest communication throughout the entire process.

The course includes three short modules that enable you to understand how to identify and manage change whilst supporting individuals and teams throughout.

You will develop a better understanding of implementing change and monitoring its impact on people as well as the organisation and its wider stakeholders.

There is a knowledge test at the end of the course.
