• You’re passionate about eyewear and style

• You enjoy dispensing and are confident you can do it with flare.

• You like to make personal connections with clients, whether that’s on the phone, in reception or in a dispensing consultation.

• You love to get involved in the day to day tasks that happen in a boutique business to create an exceptional experience for customers.

• You’re a team player – getting involved with setting the practice up each morning, greetings clients as they arrive, making drinks for clients, quality control and checking in clients eyewear.

• Your skills will be far above an average dispensing optician when it comes to communication, understanding customer perceptions, building personal relationships, delivering an experience.

• You’re not just interested in developing your skills and career, and making a positive contribution to a business establishment and the community it serves.

Qualifications

• Qualified and registered as a Dispensing Optician or has experience working as a Senior Optical Assistant

• Strong knowledge of different eyewear options, lens materials, and lens treatments

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Attention to detail and ability to multitask

• Good organizational and administrative skills

• Ability to work well in a team and provide exceptional customer service.
